The fastest way to submit a claim through ASPCA Pet Health Insurance is via the app. Head to the ‘Claims’ option. From there, you can provide details of what you’re claiming for and then upload an image of the invoice from your veterinarian (so don’t forget to get a copy of your invoice). As with any pet insurance provider, the amount you will receive towards reimbursement of a claim depends on the details of your policy – the reimbursement rate, annual coverage level and deductible. If your deductible is $250 and your claim is for $3,000, you’ll pay that first (if you claim again later in the same year, you won’t need to pay your deductible again.
